Hi, I am Mariya.

I am an unshakable optimist, obsessed with balance and dedicated to helping you become the woman you are born to be.

Work with me

Let me introduce myself

I am a femininity coach, a relationship after kids expert, a mother of two, a go-getter, a blogger and a woman who constantly seeks balance.

I am an organization nerd. From vacation trips to brain-dumps, schedules and drawers, I get great pleasure creating structure out of an idea, organizing a pile of work, bringing order in the chaos.

I love girly movies, homemade caramelized popcorn and my yoga pants.

I am easily making peace with imperfection and what drives Rogier, my beloved man crazy, is that I am always late, and I am comfortable with it.

I am so fortunate to get to serve strong women and teach them how to stay on the pilot seat and still be feminine.

Being ambitious and independent is important, but in our overly masculine world, without even realizing it, we are very thirsty for the softness, the ability to receive, the intuition and the radiance of the feminine.

Which brings me to you

So, I've taken on a mission to help active, strong and ambitious women find balance and fulfillment in your everyday life. I am guiding you through a rediscovering process of your feminine essence and strength. I am using effective techniques, intuitive approach and a combination of simple, but profound tools to deliver tangible and lasting results: well-being, joy, feminine confidence, healthy relationships, more personal time and professional success achieved the feminine way - with less effort and more ease.

With my talent to see the depth of who you truly are, in an authentic and creative way, I am bringing up your potential to build the life you want. With understanding and care, I am providing clarity and inspiration, so you are able to take the pilot seat and become the most beautiful version of yourself: radiant, confident, successful and free to be who you really are.

Relationship

I have a beautiful and deep relationship with a man of integrity, Rogier. From the very first moment together, I knew that this man will be a very significant one in my life and that the relationship we are building is on a completely different level than what I have experienced before. You can find more details in my blog posts.

We are blessed with a son and a daughter. I was eager to be a mom, but I was not prepared for the sweetness and love my heart can feel. It is overflowing and very, very deeply fulfilling. I've described my journey to motherhood and quite some of my experiences as a parent in blog posts.

Before I started my coaching business...

I’ve spent a major part of the past 15 years working on my spiritual and personal growth. I have a long, long list of courses and trainings I’ve followed. Each of them enriched and shaped me. Some of the teachers and strong inspirations I have are Master Choa Kok Sui, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Osho, David Deida, Gabor Mate and Milan Karmeli.

A curious fact to mention is that in my early 20’s for few years I have been a border police officer. No, I am not kidding! :)

After that I’ve changed direction and I started as an IT Project Manager. I have been creating, organizing and leading big teams, managing complex finance projects and working with banks all over the world. Leadership, people connection, processes and organization have always been strong qualities of mine.

For the past 7-8 years next to my Project Management tasks, I've been working as a personal and career growth coach.

Tips for working women, please!

Why femininity?

A pivotal part of my personal growth journey is the exploration of who am I as a woman. I’ve always asked myself what it meant to be a woman and who I was as a woman when my social roles (partner, lover, mother, sister, daughter, friend, working woman…) fall off. I was curious to know more about myself, but I was afraid to look deeper. I knew that I have a lot of energy, but I didn’t know how to work with it, how to uncover it. Before I've focused on femininity, for few years I've studied energy healing and I’ve participated in multiple workshops with focus on self-worth, self-love and healthy relating. It took me 3-4 years of intensive work on myself to start getting glimpses of what it means to be a woman and what gifts we are born with. I’ve learned to:

  • truly accept and love myself
  • set boundaries and say “no”,
  • believe that I deserve and receive,
  • express my needs and desires in a healthy way
  • connect to my partner from a place of strength and vulnerability,

Fast forward another 4 years and now I am giving myself permission to be who I am. I have great respect for my needs and for my feelings. I trust my body, my heart and my intuition. I fully believe that I deserve the wonderful people and opportunities life is offering me.

I feel happy and alive. I have curiosity and courage to look deeper into myself and to connect to my partner and to the world from a place of openness, vulnerability, and inner strength. I don’t feel the need to prove myself. I am sharing my gifts with the world, and I am walking my path with joy, pleasure and gratitude.

My most valuable asset is my perspective and my ability to put it into a process.
