Hi, I am Mariya.
I am an unshakable optimist, obsessed with balance and dedicated to helping you become the woman you are born to be.

Let me introduce myself
I am a femininity coach, a relationship after kids expert, a mother of two, a go-getter, a blogger and a woman who finds balance in extremes.
I am an organization nerd. From vacation trips to brain-dumps, schedules and drawers, I get great pleasure creating structure out of an idea, organizing a pile of work, bringing order in the chaos.
I love girly movies, homemade caramelized popcorn and my yoga pants.
I've learned to embrace imperfection and what drives Rogier, my beloved man crazy, is that I am always late, and I am comfortable with it.

I am so fortunate to get to serve strong women and teach them how to stay on the pilot seat and still be feminine.

Why femininity?
I work with femininity because it’s the quickest and most powerful way to feel fully alive, vibrant, and connected to yourself. It’s the secret to authentic self-love, staying playful, healing relationships, and finding balance between giving and receiving. It’s about learning to trust, surrender, and let life flow through you.
When women are connected with their feminine energy, the world is a better place.
It takes wisdom to listen to your body, and courage to live with an open heart. It’s about embracing your emotions and showing up as your true self—no apologies.
We all have feminine energy, and reconnecting with it is way simpler than we often make it out to be. It’s not just natural—it’s incredibly wise to do. It brings softness, ease, and joy into your life, helping you accept every part of who you are (the storm and the calm). It fills your days with more pleasure and helps you live a fuller, richer, and more vibrant life.

Which brings me to you
Being ambitious and independent is important, but today’s world is fast-paced, and let’s face it, it’s often way more masculine than it should be.
There is nothing wrong with being in your masculine energy, as long as you don't completely forget about your feminine energy. It's about balance. But do you actually feel balanced?
With endless to-do lists and constant pressure, so many women end up losing touch with their femininity and forgetting to take care of themselves—without even realizing it.
And the effects show up everywhere.

Are you predominantly in your masculine?
If any of the following resonate with you, it's a sign that you urgently need to reconnect with your femininity.
- When you disconnect from your feminine side, it becomes harder to surrender, trust, and receive.
- At home, you often feel overwhelmed, and the moments you want to forget begin to outweigh the ones you’re proud of as a mom or wife.
- Intimacy and connection in your relationship start to fade.
- At work, you get stuck in a masculine way of pushing and competing, only to realize that success feels like it requires endless effort.
- You start to feel invisible, and before you know it, you’re just surviving, not truly living.
That’s exactly why I’ve made it my mission to help women rediscover their feminine essence and fall back in love with themselves. Together, we’ll reignite the joy, pleasure, and ease you deserve every day. You’ll feel confident, seen, and sexy. Your relationships will become fulfilling and meaningful. And your professional success will come the feminine way—with less effort and more grace.

Relationship
I’m lucky enough to be in a beautiful, deep relationship with a man of integrity, Rogier. From the moment we met, I just knew—he was going to be a huge part of my life. The connection we share is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and the relationship we’re building feels like it’s on a whole new level. Want to know more about our journey? I’ve shared it all in my blog posts.
Together, we’re blessed with a son and a daughter. Becoming a mom was something I was so excited about, but let’s be real—I wasn’t fully prepared for the sleepless nights! Almost five years into this parenthood adventure, and we’re still navigating those broken nights. I’ve shared my full journey to motherhood and the lessons I’ve learned along the way in my blog posts.

Before I started my coaching business...
I’ve spent 15 years in the corporate world, managing big financial projects and leading international teams. Along the way, I picked up a ton of knowledge in leadership, strategy, and working with diverse teams.
While my corporate career was thriving, something inside me started to shift. I realized that there was so much more to life than just climbing the corporate ladder. It was then that I felt this deep, burning urge to serve others in a more meaningful and empowering way. So, I started investing in myself—spending years going through training and earning certifications to prepare for my true calling as a coach. I knew that in order to show up for others, I had to first show up for myself.
With over 8 years of coaching experience, I’ve crafted a unique approach that blends my corporate background, my love for spirituality, and a deep understanding of personal transformation. It’s all these pieces that have shaped my coaching style and allow me to truly connect with and support my clients.
Oh, and here’s a fun fact: In my early 20s, I spent a few years working as a border police officer. No, I’m not kidding! :) It was a chapter that taught me about discipline, resilience, and thinking on my feet, which definitely influences how I show up as a coach today.

Me as a woman
A huge part of my personal growth journey has been about exploring who I truly am as a woman. I’ve spent a lot of time asking myself: What does it really mean to be a woman? Who am I beneath all the roles I play—partner, lover, mother, daughter, friend, working woman? I was curious to know more about myself, but honestly, I was also afraid to look deeper. I knew I had a lot of energy inside me, but I had no idea how to tap into it or how to understand it.
Before I even started exploring femininity, I spent years diving into energy healing and attending workshops focused on self-worth, self-love, and healthy relationships. It took me a good 3-4 years of deep, intensive work on myself to even begin catching glimpses of what it really means to be a woman and the unique gifts we’re born with.
Over that time, I learned to:
- Truly accept and love myself
- Set boundaries and say "no"
- Believe I deserve good things—and actually receive them
- Express my needs and desires in a healthy way
- Connect with my partner from a place of both strength and vulnerability
Fast forward another 4 years, and I can honestly say that I’m now giving myself permission to be me. I’ve learned to honor my needs, my feelings, and trust my body, heart, and intuition. I wholeheartedly believe I deserve the amazing people and opportunities that life brings my way.
I feel alive and happy. I’ve got the curiosity and courage to keep looking deeper into myself. I connect with my partner and the world from a place of openness, vulnerability, and inner strength. There’s no need to prove anything anymore. I’m just sharing my gifts with the world, walking my path with joy, pleasure, and gratitude.
My most valuable asset is my perspective and my ability to put it into a process.
